Christopher Barone
Chief Executive Office, Ancora Securities
Christopher Barone is Chief Operating Officer of Ancora's FINRA registered broker dealer, Ancora Securities. He has been with the company since 1990.
Prior to joining Ancora, Chris owned and operated Daley Securities (a.k.a. BD Holdings), a firm exclusively focused on serving the operating needs of dozens of independent registered investment advisors and traditional wire house brokers across the United States.
In the 1990s, he served as First Vice President at The Maxus Investment Group where his primary duty was aligning current technologies with the organization's trading, compliance, and portfolio reporting systems. While at Maxus, Chris and his team developed a client reporting and invoicing systems along with a first class computing infrastructure which served the needs of the company and its affiliates.
Chris is a 1989 Honors graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He holds several FINRA licenses including his General and Municipal Principals.
